Please can you pass on myself and Mark's thanks, to the string quartet, for playing our wedding on 30th September at Owen House Wedding Barn.
It wasn't the easiest playing conditions for them, with heavy rain outside all 110 guests were packed inside, very noisily chatting and they were positioned quite far away so we didn't hear them very well during reception drinks. Having said that, one of my favourite parts of our whole wedding day was walking down the aisle to Kanye West 'All of the Lights'- it was so beautiful and sounded even better than I had anticipated and the ironic bride and groom exit to 'Here Comes the Sun' was brilliant while it lashed it down outside.

Sorry for the delayed message, but it was all a bit manic between the wedding and heading off to our honeymoon, but we have just got back and just wanted to make sure we sent an email to say thank you so much for your lovely performance at our wedding a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure Mango the owl quite appreciated the Harry Potter music ... but we did. Thank goodness he eventually delivered the rings. It was very funny.

We engaged the Endymion Quartet to play at a National Trust donor event at Lyme Park this autumn. From an event coordinators perspective I would like to highlight how easy and accommodating the quartet were to deal with before the event. They were keen to understand the purpose of the evening and interpreted our requirements very well on the night. The quartet played with real character and our guests commented through out the evening on how much they enjoyed the music and that it really enhanced their experience of the setting.
